The team kickoff breakfast is Thursday, February 23rd at Holiday Inn Appleton. If your business, school or organization does not have a team and you wish to be a team captain, please call 920-321-1386 to sign up for the breakfast and be a part of this great event. Sole Burner is a morning of fun and exercise for the whole family with the ThedaCare Cancer Care 5K and the Thrivent Financial kids fun runs.

Woodard Communications was a part of the first Sole Burner 30 years ago and today joins N E W Printing, Community First Credit Union, SCA Tissue, Downtown Appleton Businesses, Martha Siekmann Cancer Center in the fight against cancer.

Tickets for the 2012 NCAA Division I Men’s Ice Hockey Midwest Regional hosted by Michigan Technological University and PMI Entertainment Group are on sale now.

2012 marks the third time Michigan Tech and PMI Entertainment Group are hosting the NCAA Midwest Regional at the 8,800-seat Resch Center. It was also here in 2006 and 2010.

The field of teams for the four 2012 NCAA Men’s Ice Hockey Championship Regional will be announced Sunday, March 18. The winner of each of the four regionals will advance to the 2012 NCAA Men’s Ice Hockey Frozen Four at the St. Pete Times Forum in Tampa, Florida, on April 5 and 7.
